We are actively seeking reliable and committed delivery drivers to join our Noon Supermall delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to secure a long-term role in a dynamic delivery environment. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a delivery driver, you will be expected to complete an average of 21 deliveries per day while working a 12-hour shift. Meeting delivery targets is crucial, and there are incentives offered for exceeding expectations. You will use a company-provided vehicle with fuel expenses covered, enabling you to focus solely on your deliveries.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive monthly salary of SAR 2,800. On top of this, drivers receive incentives ranging from SAR 8 to SAR 10 for each delivery made beyond 18 daily deliveries. Salaries are consistently paid between the 15th and 18th of each month. Additionally, the company provides a vehicle and covers fuel costs, minimizing your out-of-pocket expenses.

Requirements

• Long-term commitment to the role is essential.
• Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must provide the following documentation for verification: Iqama photo (Absher), driving licence photo (Absher), original passport photo, STC pay number, and a personal Gmail account.
