Key Responsibilities

As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective hemodialysis treatment to patients with kidney-related health issues. Your duties will include closely monitoring patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis sessions, as well as operating and maintaining dialysis equipment. It is essential to uphold strict infection control measures and ensure patient safety at all times. Collaboration with nephrologists and the broader healthcare team to develop personalized treatment plans will be part of your routine. Accurate documentation and educating patients on their care and lifestyle adjustments are integral to this role.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license from the home country.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in dialysis or nephrology care units.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Eligibility to obtain Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensing is required.
