Job Overview

A well-established Oracle Platinum Business Partner based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Oracle Apps R12 HRMS Functional Consultant. This is a 24-month contract role with the possibility of extension, tailored for professionals with strong expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS and knowledge of Saudi Arabian HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

As an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant, you will lead the delivery of HRMS solutions within your projects, managing the functional and technical aspects while overseeing the work of developers and testers. Your role includes designing solution architectures to address complex business challenges using Oracle EBS HRMS modules such as HR, Payroll, and Self-Service.

• Act as a senior functional specialist in Oracle EBS technology for HRMS domains
• Drive end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Oracle HRMS projects
• Coordinate and mentor developers and testers to ensure successful delivery
• Design and execute solution architecture from concept through implementation
• Manage functional and technical tracks of assigned projects

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant with Oracle E-Business Suite R12
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia HR processes and regulatory requirements
• Strong skills in Oracle HRMS modules, including Payroll, Self-Service, and Core HR
• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for report development and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Oracle Application Management Extensions (AME) and Personalization features
• Experience with Oracle Fusion applications is an added advantage
• Ability to manage IQAMA sponsorship preferred
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
