Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled IT Engineer with Cisco certification to strengthen our IT team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT infrastructure and networking, with strong expertise in managing Cisco networking devices and maintaining robust network security.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing and monitoring the IT infrastructure and network systems to ensure optimal performance and security. You will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. Additionally, supporting servers and enterprise IT solutions, diagnosing network issues, and implementing security policies are crucial aspects of this job. The position also requires coordinating with vendors, providing technical support to users, and preparing detailed technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must possess Cisco Certification such as CCNA or CCNP.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
• Strong knowledge in routing, switching, VLAN configuration, firewalls, and wireless network technologies.
• Experience with server administration, network troubleshooting, system support, and maintenance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Cisco switches, routers, and firewall configurations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and IP telephony systems is an added advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
