We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller cum Secretary to join our team for an ongoing project in Saudi Arabia. This dual-role position involves overseeing the management of company documents and providing essential secretarial support to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and maintain both physical and electronic company documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Register, track, distribute, and archive documents, ensuring strict version control compliance.
  • Support management through secretarial duties including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence handling, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and compile reports, official letters, and minutes of meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks to help maintain an efficient office environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of professional experience in document control and secretarial functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential; familiarity with Document Management Systems (DMS) is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities combined with strong communication skills.
