Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Quality Control Supervisor (PQCS) to join a key infrastructure initiative located in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on overseeing quality control aspects of water transmission, pump station, and pipeline projects in compliance with Schedule Q requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining rigorous quality assurance and control processes within EPC projects. Duties will include monitoring project activities to ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and Schedule Q quality system requirements, conducting audits, and coordinating actions to address any non-conformities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 8–10 years overall experience with at least 5 years dedicated to QA/QC roles within EPC projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in pipeline, water transmission, or pump station projects.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Schedule Q quality system requirements.
• Certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor (mandatory).
• Holding CSWIP 3.1 or ASNT Level II certification for mechanical disciplines is preferred.
• Prior involvement in NEOM, SWCC, or Aramco projects will be an advantage.
