We are looking for an experienced Superintendent of Condition Monitoring to join our team in the cement industry in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background and proven leadership in maintenance supervision. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of electrical systems through effective condition monitoring techniques.

Key Responsibilities

As Superintendent of Condition Monitoring, your primary focus will be overseeing the electrical maintenance activities related to condition monitoring systems. You will lead a team responsible for implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and minimize breakdowns. Close collaboration with other departments to align maintenance plans with production goals will be essential. Additionally, you will ensure that all monitoring equipment is calibrated, data is accurately analyzed, and corrective actions are executed promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the cement industry, with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory capacity focused on electrical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of condition monitoring techniques and electrical maintenance best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate maintenance schedules effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail when interpreting monitoring data.
