Alfanar is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations for a 380KV Substation project located in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This role requires a seasoned electrical engineering professional who can oversee onsite activities, ensuring the successful execution of high-voltage substation installations. Key Responsibilities

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, coordinating with technical teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and monitoring project progress according to established timelines. This position demands effective leadership to drive efficient project execution while maintaining strong communication with the client and subcontractors.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of demonstrated experience managing 380KV substation projects.
• Proven expertise in high-voltage substation construction and site management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles applicable to substation projects.
• Preferred Saudi Energy approval alongside a valid membership from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Qualifications and Certifications

Candidates with Saudi Energy approval will be given preference. Additionally, holding a valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is mandatory for this role due to regulatory requirements and professional standards within Saudi Arabia.
