Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Senior Project Engineer with extensive mechanical engineering experience, particularly in tank projects, to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a minimum of 8 to 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years working on-site within the Kingdom, ideally with prominent companies such as SABIC, ARAMCO, SEC, or Rabigh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, budget adherence, and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Engineer will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring that timelines and budgets are managed effectively. Responsibilities include:

• Managing site teams and coordinating activities related to piping, structural work, civil engineering, and tank installations.
• Ensuring that project deliverables comply with company and client safety standards, especially those set by leading Saudi organizations such as SABIC and ARAMCO.
• Monitoring and enforcing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to support smooth project progress.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

• A strong background in mechanical engineering with practical site experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven expertise in managing tank-related projects and familiarity with the local industrial standards.
• Excellent knowledge of project budgeting and scheduling processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across various disciplines including piping, structural, and civil work.
• Thorough awareness of safety and quality protocols within Saudi Arabia’s industry sectors.
