Job Overview

A variety of technical and engineering roles are open for experienced professionals in facility management, building operations, and maintenance projects across Saudi Arabia. These positions cover a wide range of specialties, including mechanical, electrical, landscaping, and supervisory roles. Candidates with relevant qualifications and Gulf experience are highly preferred.

Available Positions

We have multiple openings for skilled and supervisory roles including but not limited to Operators for Swimming Pools & Fountains, MEP Supervisors and Engineers, Technicians for Low Current Systems, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and specialized equipment such as gym or kitchen machinery. Roles also extend to planners, asset controllers, and logistics operators requiring valid Saudi driving licenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day building operations and maintenance tasks.
• Oversee MEP system functionality including fire alarms, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Supervise cleaning, waste management, and landscaping activities within facilities.
• Ensure proper operation of specialized equipment like swimming pools, gym, kitchen, and laundry machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records and assist in work planning and control center operations.
• Operate heavy and light machinery in compliance with safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant technical qualifications and certifications related to facility management or engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrable experience in facility management, building operation, or maintenance projects.
• Preferably Gulf experience, showcasing familiarity with regional standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Valid Saudi driving license for operators where applicable.
