We are seeking a skilled RAN NOC Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecommunications engineering and hands-on experience monitoring and maintaining 2G, 3G, and 4G mobile networks. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to ensuring optimal network performance within a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a RAN NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring of network performance and availability to maintain high service quality. Your duties will include diagnosing and troubleshooting network faults, promptly escalating issues when necessary, and managing incident tickets to comply with service level agreements. Collaboration with technical teams to resolve network disruptions and preparing detailed operational reports and shift handovers will also be part of your daily tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in network operations, preferably within telecom environments.
• In-depth knowledge of 2G, 3G, and 4G wireless technologies.
• Proficiency with OSS/NMS platforms, alarm monitoring tools, fault management techniques, and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills paired with effective communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts within a 24/7 operational setup.

Work Environment

This position operates in a dynamic and demanding environment that requires vigilance and quick decision-making to maintain network availability. The role supports continuous network operations through shift work, ensuring that network issues are promptly addressed and resolved at any time.
