Job Overview

Mansour Al Mosaid Group is seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our Electrical and Unified Contracts Team. This role involves managing quality assurance and control activities throughout the entire project lifecycle within Saudi Electricity Unified Projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out inspections, testing, and material verification. Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) will be essential to maintain high-quality standards. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and specific requirements associated with the Saudi Electricity Unified Projects is critical. You will collaborate closely with both Engineering and Project teams to integrate quality principles from the initial design phase all the way to project delivery. Monitoring quality key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement initiatives will also be part of your daily activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of QA/QC experience, specifically within Saudi Electricity Unified Projects.
• Thorough understanding of ISO standards, inspection techniques, and documentation control.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with excellent communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma, or Lead Auditor are advantageous.
