Job Overview

SISCO Saudi is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join their team, with placement at a project site in a remote area of Saudi Arabia. This leadership role focuses on managing project controls within EPC and Oil & Gas sectors, emphasizing budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Controls Manager will oversee all aspects of project and commercial management, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within financial targets. Responsibilities include leading project controls activities, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating cost control measures, and supervising team members to optimize resource allocation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
• At least 15 years of extensive experience in project and commercial management, specifically within EPC and Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven leadership abilities with strong people management skills.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Familiarity with project controls software and resource management techniques.
• Willingness to work on-site in remote project locations.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PEng, AACE, or PMI are highly preferred.
