Job Overview

IDC KSA’s Power Projects Division is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee large-scale electrical substation construction projects in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing 380kV substation builds, ensuring efficient project execution, contract management, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading all phases of EPC projects involving substation construction. This includes managing contracts, handling claims, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supervising overall project delivery to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• 10 to 15 years of proven experience in constructing 380kV substations.
• Strong background in EPC contract management, project execution, and claims handling.
• Professional Project Management certification such as PMP is highly desirable.
• Experience working in the Gulf region is required, with preference for transferable Iqama holders.
