We are expanding our teams in Production, Engineering, and Quality Control to support our cutting-edge facility. Applicants must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Iqama. Candidates should be ready to start within 30 days and no later than two months from receiving the job offer.
Key Positions Available
Production Department:
- BFS Engineer (Blow-Fill-Seal): Operate, maintain, and optimize aseptic filling lines in compliance with GMP and international sterile manufacturing requirements.
- Inspection Machine Operator: Manage automated visual inspection systems to identify defects such as particulate contamination and fill-level inconsistencies.
- Leak Detection Machine Operator: Handle container-closure integrity testing using vacuum decay and high-voltage leakage detection techniques.
- Labelling Machine Operator: Set up and troubleshoot automated labelling lines ensuring accuracy and batch traceability.
- Mechanical Technician: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery to ensure efficient operations.
- Palletizer Operator: Operate automated palletizing equipment for finished product packaging.
- Serialization & Aggregation Technician: Operate and troubleshoot serialization equipment to ensure track-and-trace compliance.
- Pharmacist – Sterile Production Unit (SPU): Supervise sterile production activities with adherence to GMP and proper documentation.
- Production Operator I – SPU: Conduct sterile production processes following approved procedures.
- Chemist – Production Material Store (SPU): Manage receipt, sampling, and release of raw materials in the sterile production area.
Engineering Department:
- Instruments Technician: Calibrate and maintain process instruments including sensors and transmitters to support production control loops.
- Electrical Technician: Troubleshoot and maintain electrical equipment and systems essential for production.
- Chiller Technician: Maintain industrial chillers and HVAC systems to support cleanroom and production environments.
Quality Control Department:
- IPQC Officer: Perform in-process quality checks ensuring compliance with GMP and specifications.
- Senior Microbiologist: Lead microbiological testing such as bioburden, sterility, and environmental monitoring.
- QC Technician (Sampling): Sample raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products for quality analysis.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should have relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality control within GMP environments. Familiarity with aseptic processing, equipment maintenance, and quality assurance procedures is highly valued. Strong attention to detail, ability to work in cleanrooms, and adherence to safety standards are essential.
