Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in site supervision and managing workers in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred to facilitate smooth communication on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of site staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and quality of MEP installations in compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures on site.
• Report project status and challenges to management promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in MEP site supervision.
• Fluent communication skills in English; Hindi language ability is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and iqama.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves regular site visits. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic construction environment, maintaining professionalism and supporting project objectives.
