Job Overview

Barq Al Mustaqbal Co. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman to oversee the operations and maintenance work for NWC projects located in Riyadh (Al Majma’ah), Saudi Arabia. This position requires supervising mechanical activities related to pumps, motors, pipelines, and valves, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical technicians to maintain and operate mechanical systems associated with water projects.
• Ensure proper functioning and routine maintenance of pumps, motors, pipelines, and valves on site.
• Monitor work progress to meet project timelines while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and report to project management regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance, preferably on utilities or water infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities with previous experience managing teams.
• Good technical understanding of pumps, motors, pipelines, and valve systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards and ability to enforce safe work practices on site.
• Valid Saudi driving license and Iqama are mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Applicants of Egyptian nationality are preferred. Candidates must be able to work in Riyadh (Al Majma’ah) and demonstrate reliability and commitment to project goals.
