Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Foremen for positions based in Ras Tanura and Juaymah, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open exclusively to Indian and Filipino nationals with relevant mechanical work experience. Successful candidates will be tasked with supervising and managing mechanical activities within their designated projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Foreman will oversee daily mechanical operations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Duties include coordinating with team members, monitoring work progress, managing onsite manpower, and reporting status updates to higher management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in mechanical works relevant to industrial or construction settings.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to enforce safety regulations and maintain quality standards.
• Effective communication skills to interact with workers and supervisors.

Salary and Benefits

The compensation package includes a basic salary of SAR 2,500 for an 8-hour workday, complemented by a food allowance of SAR 500. Overtime pay will be provided in accordance with company policy. The contract duration is set for two years.
