Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a leading water bottling and beverage production company located in Najran, Saudi Arabia. This urgent opening is ideal for candidates with a background in electro-mechanical engineering and proven experience in mechanical maintenance within production environments. The role requires immediate availability and candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation systems integral to water bottling production lines. This includes handling equipment such as bottle blowing machines, filling, capping, and packaging machines, as well as compressors. Duties involve planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime, and supporting production goals while upholding quality and safety standards.

Additional tasks include keeping accurate maintenance records, securing the availability of essential spare parts, implementing machine upgrades to enhance performance, and training operators and technicians on optimal machine operation and maintenance protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a preference for electro-mechanical backgrounds
• Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within water bottling or beverage production settings
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for mechanical, electrical, and automation systems during machine failures
• Proven track record in reducing machine downtime and improving equipment efficiency
• Ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Excellent communication skills to train and support production staff

• Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia
• Possess a transferable Iqama
• Immediately available to join
