The project requires experienced professionals to lead and manage different aspects of gardening and irrigation. These key roles include:

• Project Manager to oversee the entire project implementation and coordination
• Agricultural Engineer responsible for technical agricultural planning and execution
• Harvest Specialist ensuring optimal crop yield and quality
• Irrigation Specialists focused on system design, maintenance, and efficiency (4 positions)
• Pest Control Specialists maintaining plant health and preventing infestations (2 positions)
• Gardening Specialists to manage landscaping and plant care (3 positions)
• Soil Tester to analyze and monitor soil conditions
• Office Clerk for administrative support
• Administrative Assistant to handle coordination and documentation

Additional Specialized Roles

Further expertise is needed to support project operations, including:

• Topiary Trimming Specialists (2 positions) for shrub and tree shaping
• Gardening Inspectors (5 positions) overseeing quality control
• Irrigation Network Technicians (4 positions) managing on-ground irrigation hardware
• Nursery and Greenhouse Technicians (3 positions) for plant propagation and care
• Date Palm Horticultural Technicians as per project needs
