We are seeking a skilled Utilities Foreman with 8 to 10 years of experience to oversee daily operations and maintenance activities at Water and Sewage Treatment Plants. This role is specifically open to Saudi nationals and offers a competitive salary ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 SAR. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of water and sewage treatment facilities ensuring smooth and controlled processes.
• Direct maintenance activities to uphold equipment reliability and operational readiness.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety protocols during all maintenance tasks to prevent hazards.
• Monitor equipment condition regularly and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in utilities supervision, preferably in water or sewage treatment plant environments.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing maintenance teams.
• Thorough understanding of safety standards and operational procedures for treatment plants.
• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with the team and other departments.
