Job Overview

We are urgently seeking six skilled Testing and Commissioning Engineers with over 8 years of experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The vacancies are divided by specialty: 2 Mechanical Engineers, 2 Electrical Power Engineers, and 2 Low Current & Control Engineers. This opportunity is available for candidates of any nationality, with local applicants preferred. The role involves working closely with construction, QA/QC, and engineering teams to ensure smooth commissioning of systems according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Testing & Commissioning Engineer, your duties will include preparing commissioning plans, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for your assigned systems. You will conduct pre-commissioning inspections and static checks, followed by executing commissioning operations in line with approved procedures. Integration testing between interfacing systems is an essential part of the process, alongside addressing punch list items before final commissioning. You will also be responsible for compiling Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, supporting asset registration, and preparing thorough handover documentation. Additionally, you will document test results, report any deviations or non-conformances, and participate in site walkdowns, testing, and client inspections.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in testing and commissioning within their respective disciplines. Industry certifications such as NEBB, AABC, or other relevant qualifications are highly advantageous but not mandatory. Candidates should be capable of working a six-day workweek, eight hours per day with a break, demonstrating strong coordination and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams on site.
