We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Site Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities on a prestigious Saudi Aramco project based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strong engineering background combined with proven leadership in managing on-site engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

As the Site Engineering Manager, you will oversee all site engineering operations, coordinating between various departments and ensuring project milestones are achieved efficiently. You will lead engineering teams, manage resource allocation, and maintain communication with stakeholders to align with Saudi Aramco’s stringent requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years experience managing site engineering activities, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Mandatory Saudi Aramco Site Manager Approval.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate engineering teams effectively on site.
• Excellent communication abilities for clear coordination and reporting.
