Key Responsibilities

The Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on site. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications, coordinating workforce activities, conducting inspections, and maintaining clear communication with project management and teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a scaffolding supervisor in industrial or construction projects.
• Valid Aramco onshore approval or TUV scaffolding certification.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project requirements.
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
