We are seeking a qualified and skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team working on projects in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is with a reputable Chinese company based in Nairyah, and the position specifically requires candidates who are not Pakistani nationals.

Key Responsibilities

The selected supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities at the project sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. This role includes managing scaffolding teams, coordinating workflow, inspecting scaffolding structures, and collaborating with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a scaffolding supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Ability to lead and motivate team members effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
