Job Overview

We are seeking nine skilled QC Inspectors with a solid background in static equipment inspection and maintenance. Candidates should have at least five years of hands-on experience in managing inspections related to flanges, valves, welding, cutting, grinding, orifice checks, valve gland repacking, and safety devices such as PZV/PSDs. This role is ideal for professionals with a technical qualification and a foundation in quality assurance and quality control within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of static equipment to ensure operational integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage flange and valve inspections, including performing welding, cutting, and grinding evaluations.
• Perform orifice checks and carry out valve gland repacking procedures efficiently.
• Inspect pressure safety valves and other protective devices such as PZV/PSDs to maintain safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols, with a solid understanding of relevant codes including ASME PCC-1.
• Document inspection findings accurately and communicate with project teams to address quality concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in static equipment inspection and maintenance roles.
• Technical qualification relevant to inspection or quality control fields.
• Proficiency in flange management, valve maintenance, welding, cutting, grinding, and orifice checks.
• Familiarity with valve gland repacking and pressure safety valves (PZV/PSDs) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and experience applying ASME PCC-1 and other applicable codes and standards.
• Fluent English communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
• Previous experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer sectors will be highly regarded.
