Job Overview

We are seeking two experienced QA/QC Coordinators to join our team as lead resources. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience in inspecting and maintaining static equipment, specifically within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer industries. Candidates should bring strong technical expertise in flange management, valve maintenance, welding, and related inspection procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As a QA/QC Coordinator, you will supervise and oversee quality assurance and control activities related to static equipment. This includes managing flange inspections, valve functionality assessments, welding quality checks, and handling specialized processes such as cutting, grinding, valve gland repacking, and the inspection of pressure relief devices (PZV/PSDs). Ensuring compliance with applicable industry codes and standards will be a critical part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in static equipment inspection and maintenance.
• Proven expertise in flange management, valves, welding, cutting, grinding, and valve gland repacking.
• Strong familiarity with pressure safety valves (PZV) and pressure shutdown devices (PSDs).
• Relevant technical certification, preferably API or ASME qualifications.
• Good command of English communication skills for effective reporting and coordination.
• Knowledgeable in ASME PCC-1 standards and other related codes.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates who have direct experience working in oil and gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer sectors will be given priority due to the specialized nature of the equipment and standards involved.
