Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer to join an Aramco project site in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in project planning and documentation to effectively support site operations. This opportunity involves working closely with contractors and various project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Prepare and review relevant project documentation to meet contractor and Aramco standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to track progress and highlight potential delays.
• Provide timely reports and insights to help project decision-making.
• Assist in planning meetings and contribute to resolving scheduling issues.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably with projects involving Aramco or similar large-scale clients.
• Proficiency in using project management and planning software.
• Strong knowledge of documentation and reporting procedures on construction sites.
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with contractors and team members.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
