Job Overview

Tanmia is looking for a skilled and motivated Planning & Cost Control Engineer to join our expanding team. This role focuses on managing project planning, scheduling, cost management, budgeting, and progress reporting for major projects in the construction and oil & gas sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track and within budget, particularly for Saudi Aramco-related ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules aligned with project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect current status.
• Control project costs by tracking expenditures against budgets and forecasting financial performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, cost control, and schedule adherence for stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to identify risks and implement corrective actions promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in planning and cost control roles.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience working specifically on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Proven background in construction and oil & gas project environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent reporting skills.
• Effective communication skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams and management.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding project settings.
