Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee and lead operations across multiple power generation sites, workshops, yards, and field service activities throughout Saudi Arabia. This role requires a hands-on leader with a solid background in electrical engineering and extensive experience managing diesel generator operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring the efficient and reliable functioning of diesel generators and associated electrical systems. Duties include maintenance planning, troubleshooting, workforce management, and resource allocation across dispersed locations. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators related to operational performance, asset reliability, and service delivery, while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and customer satisfaction is essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• A minimum of seven years’ experience in operations, maintenance, or power generation settings.
• In-depth knowledge of diesel generators, low and medium voltage electrical systems, and industrial operational processes.
• Proven ability to manage workshops, yards, and field teams across various sites.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and operational planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia as part of the role.
