Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of direct experience overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations on construction sites. This role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. A valid Iqama is required to be eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities

As an MEP Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily site activities related to MEP systems. This involves coordinating contractors and technicians, monitoring work progress to ensure compliance with project schedules, and enforcing safety and quality standards. You will also be tasked with planning resource allocation and providing clear guidance to your team to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years practical experience managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work at construction sites
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic to effectively communicate across teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and organize site personnel
• Possession of a valid Iqama, mandatory for working in Saudi Arabia
