Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a key project in Nariyah, Saudi Arabia. This is a one-year contract position offering competitive hourly compensation at SAR 40 per hour. Ideal candidates will bring a solid background in mechanical engineering along with specialized experience in power plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing mechanical inspections and ensuring quality assurance and quality control standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Duties include supervising fabrication, welding processes, and contributing to the successful execution of industrial projects.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical inspection, QA/QC, fabrication, or welding.
- Possession of the CSWIP 3.1 certification is required.
- Candidates with prior experience in power plant projects will be highly preferred.
- Availability for the full duration of the project including mobilization is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experts holding valid CSWIP 3.1 certifications and a strong background in power plant engineering will be prioritized for this role.
