Job Overview

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-focused Executive Operations Engineer to contribute to our Dewatering and Foundation Services projects based in Saudi Arabia. This role requires overseeing complex site operations to ensure efficient project execution in a safety-conscious environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising dewatering, shoring, and sheet piling activities across multiple project sites. Effective management of manpower, equipment, and materials is essential, along with liaising with project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Monitoring project progress, preparing detailed operational reports, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards will be crucial aspects of the role. The role also includes troubleshooting operational challenges, coordinating equipment mobilization with logistics and maintenance teams, and supporting cost control initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or site engineering, specifically within dewatering and foundation services. Strong expertise in dewatering systems, foundation project execution, and site coordination is necessary. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities are essential to effectively manage site activities and stakeholder interactions. Only candidates with relevant industry experience will be considered.
