Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estimation Department Coordinator with a strong background in civil engineering or quantity surveying to join a reputable construction company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role requires 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying or estimation within the construction industry, particularly with EPC contractors or main contractor firms.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the estimation department, coordinating with various teams to prepare accurate project cost estimates, and liaising with high-profile clients. This position involves working closely with prestigious projects, ensuring all estimates meet client expectations and project specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or estimation roles within the construction sector.
• Proven expertise working with EPC contractors or main contractors; consultancy experience is not applicable.
• Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience collaborating with notable clients such as NEOM, Diriyah, RCRC, Qiddiyah, Royal Commission, Ministry of Transport, or Ministry of Defense is highly desirable.
