Descon Engineering is currently recruiting skilled professionals for multiple engineering roles on prestigious ADNOC EPC projects in the UAE. These long-term opportunities require candidates with direct experience in ADNOC operations, particularly those involved in wellhead and tie-in projects. Ideal applicants will hold valid ADNOC approval and bring hands-on expertise to fast-paced project environments.

• QS E&I (Site Based) – 1 Position
• Lifting Supervisor – 4 Positions
• Job Performer (JP) – E&I – 25 Positions
• Job Performer (JP) – Civil – 25 Positions
• Job Performer (JP) – Mechanical – 25 Positions

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working on ADNOC EPC projects in the UAE
• Proven hands-on involvement in wellhead and tie-in projects
• Valid ADNOC approval is mandatory for all applicants
• Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining
