Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to join a prestigious client’s project team working on Saudi Aramco assignments in Dhahran. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals with a strong background in high voltage electrical systems and project support in construction environments. The position is based remotely at onshore and offshore Aramco sites.

Key Responsibilities

As an Electrical Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for supporting project execution by overseeing site construction activities, managing contractors, ensuring safety protocols, and applying your technical expertise to electrical systems. You will also contribute to effective project management, coordinating resources and schedules to meet project milestones, and support SCADA and IT system integration when applicable.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in high voltage electrical engineering at site-based projects
• Strong background in project management and contractor supervision
• Proven ability to implement safety management practices effectively
• Familiarity with SCADA and IT systems is an advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including 4 or more years on Saudi Aramco projects preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable but not mandatory

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary package ranging between SAR 13,000 and SAR 15,000 basic with an additional 50% allowance. Candidates will benefit from working with a leading project client in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Work Location and Interview Process

The role is based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, with remote work opportunities across onshore and offshore Aramco sites. Interviews will be conducted both face-to-face and virtually to accommodate applicants.
