🎓 Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Fluent in oral and written English
Strong understanding of engineering technical language

🧩 Selection Criteria
Background in project execution (design and construction)
Experience in project management
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Familiarity with engineering codes and standards (preferably SBC and Aramco Standards)

💼 Work Experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

🛠 Preferred Skills
Practical knowledge and experience in engineering methods
Strong communication skills
Computer proficiency
Ability to work effectively within project teams
