Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Chief of Maintenance to join our team in Jeddah. This opportunity is open to both female and male candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance leadership roles. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all technical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

As Chief of Maintenance, you will be responsible for leading maintenance teams, planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities, and supervising repair work to minimize downtime. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with safety standards and optimize operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate across teams and stakeholders. Strong leadership skills coupled with technical knowledge in maintenance management are essential. Experience in coordinating maintenance schedules and resolving technical issues is required.
