Job Overview

High Links Group is urgently seeking a skilled BIM Electrical Engineer to join their team in Umluj, Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on managing and developing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for electrical systems within construction projects, ensuring coordination and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves creating and managing detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems including lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm. The engineer will coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams for efficient clash detection and resolution, prepare and review shop drawings along with BIM models, and ensure strict adherence to project standards and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements. Additionally, this position requires active participation in coordination meetings, generating quantity take-offs, supporting site teams with as-built updates, and maintaining BIM data integrity with proper version control.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong expertise in BIM processes and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 software tools.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems design, including lighting, power distribution, ELV, and fire alarm systems.
• Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and meeting LOD requirements.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction project environments.
• Knowledge of international electrical and BIM standards.

Additional Requirements
