Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bending Machine Operator with at least three years of hands-on experience in operating bending machines, specifically with DELEM controllers. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for setting up and operating bending machines according to production drawings and technical specifications. This includes interpreting blueprints and work orders to accurately adjust machine settings such as bend angle, speed, and material thickness. Quality control is essential, with duties including inspecting finished parts using precision measuring tools like calipers, protractors, and gauges.

Additional tasks involve routine maintenance of bending equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions, and ensuring all safety policies are strictly followed. Recording production data, including quantities, dimensions, and materials used, is also part of the role. Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment is expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Transferable Iqama
• A minimum of three years’ experience working as a bending machine operator
• Completion of a mechanical course or equivalent technical training
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Competence in using measurement tools for quality inspection
• Knowledge of safety standards and machine maintenance procedures
