Job Overview

A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Batch-Plant Quality Control Inspector to join a prestigious Saudi Aramco project based in the Eastern Region. This role involves overseeing and verifying the quality of materials and processes related to asphalt and concrete batching plants to ensure compliance with stringent Saudi Aramco standards as well as international engineering regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting mix ingredients according to ASTM, AASHTO, and ACI testing procedures. The role demands thorough evaluation of plant laboratory facilities, test procedures, and documentation to maintain strict adherence to quality requirements. Additionally, the inspector will witness full-scale plant trials to confirm the engineering properties of the mixes. Maintaining detailed inspection checklists and logs, specifically in line with Saudi Aramco Inspection Checklists (SAIC), is a critical part of the job. Ensuring all operations meet Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) is essential for successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Between 5 and 8 years of experience within oil and gas projects, preferably with Saudi Aramco-related work.
• Possession of valid Saudi Aramco approval and certification, including CBT passed and SAPID approval code.
