We are seeking experienced Project Control Managers with Aramco approval to join a reputable construction company based in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

As a Project Control Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the integration of project controls, encompassing cost, schedule, and performance metrics. You will lead the development of detailed baseline schedules, monitor expenditures, and apply earned value management techniques to forecast project progress accurately. Additionally, managing changes related to site conditions or technical inquiries will be a fundamental aspect, alongside delivering comprehensive progress reports to senior management and Saudi Aramco stakeholders. Supporting risk assessment and mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager will also be essential.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in oil and gas pipeline construction projects, with at least 5 to 8 years specifically in a Project Control Manager capacity.
  • Prior Saudi Aramco or ADNOC approval as a Project Control Manager is mandatory.
  • Strong familiarity with Saudi Aramco project management procedures and Safety General Instructions.
  • Advanced skills in Primavera P6, expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with project management software.
