A well-established restaurant located on Prince Sultan Street in Jeddah is currently looking to hire a Receptionist. This role is exclusively open to Saudi women and offers a chance to join a dynamic customer-facing team in a vibrant dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

The receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, tasked with creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers as they arrive, managing restaurant reservations efficiently, responding promptly to inquiries, and maintaining smooth coordination with the restaurant team to ensure excellent service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Strong communication skills with a pleasant and professional appearance.
• Prior experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to operate the restaurant’s reservation and customer management system.
• Excellent customer engagement capabilities and a friendly demeanor.
