Job Overview

Haka Contracting is currently seeking a skilled Site Supervisor specializing in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) foundation works. This opportunity involves hands-on supervision for high-voltage transmission line projects across various locations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on OHTL projects above 132 kV within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution. This includes managing labor, machinery, materials, and subcontractor activities with a focus on quality, safety, and adherence to schedules. Duties also involve maintaining detailed progress reports and collaborating closely with project engineers and client representatives to meet project requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in KSA specifically on OHTL projects above 132 kV
• Proficient in handling access road construction, foundation pad installation, piling, and reinforcement works
• Experienced with stub setting, template installation, excavation, backfilling, and reinforcement/shuttering
• Knowledge of anchor bolt fixing, concreting, curing, earthing, and foundation leveling techniques
• Ability to read and interpret foundation drawings and tower schedules accurately
• Strong understanding of tower foundation execution standards

Preferred Qualifications

A candidate with a diploma, ITI, or other technical certification is preferred. Competence in managing site activities independently with good communication skills, especially basic English, is advantageous. Familiarity with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols and experience operating construction machinery will add value to your role.
