Job Overview

Rodina Global is looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee the construction of industrial camps and supporting infrastructure in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily site activities and manage workforce deployment efficiently
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and oversee material logistics
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines and comply with quality benchmarks
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies on site
• Maintain clear communication with project engineers, consultants, and head office
• Prepare and submit progress reports on a daily and weekly basis
• Optimize site resources to reduce delays and prevent waste

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction or camp projects on-site
• Proven leadership with strong skills in coordinating diverse manpower
• Capability to handle multi-disciplinary tasks under strict deadlines
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian safety regulations and site documentation processes
• Experience working alongside EPC contractors is a plus
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is preferred
