Job Overview

We are urgently seeking qualified Quality Control (QC) Supervisors and Inspectors specializing in Civil and Electrical disciplines for oil and gas infrastructure projects in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Successful candidates will bring hands-on experience working on Aramco projects and have a thorough understanding of industry-specific quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

For the QC Supervisor role, candidates will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes related to civil and electrical works, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards such as SAES and SAMSS. This includes managing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), reviewing method statements, and supervising activities like concrete works, earthworks, foundations, and paving operations.

QC Inspectors will perform detailed inspections aligned with contract specifications, focusing on soil mechanics, foundations, structural steel, and asphalt. They will ensure that all procedures conform to Aramco quality protocols and IBC standards while reporting any deviations promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• QC Supervisor (Civil/Electrical): Minimum 7 years’ total experience with a university degree, or 10 years with a high school diploma; at least 3 years supervising civil or electrical works in oil, gas, or petrochemical projects.
• QC Inspector (Civil/Electrical): At least 5 years’ overall experience, including 3 years in inspection roles and 2 years working directly on oil and gas contracts.
• Thorough knowledge of Aramco quality standards (SAES, SAMSS) and quality assurance tools like ITPs and NCRs.
• Strong familiarity with method statements, concrete, earthworks, foundations, structural steel, and paving/asphalt applications depending on the role.
• Ability to interpret and apply contract specifications and quality procedures rigorously.

Qualifications

• QC Supervisor: University degree preferred, or equivalent with extensive experience.
• QC Inspector: Minimum high school diploma or higher.
