This role focuses on delivering high-quality standards and safety across key phases involving critical infrastructure such as grade-separated interchanges along Highway 5 and luxury destination hubs.

Key Responsibilities

As a QA/QC Manager, you will oversee the entire Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process for both engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with project quality standards. You will assist with audit activities and conduct quality inductions and training sessions to maintain high awareness of quality protocols among site teams.

Your duties also include consolidating data, performing statistical analysis, preparing KPIs, and generating comprehensive reports on a regular basis, supporting effective project monitoring and decision-making. Leading weekly quality meetings with the main contractor is an essential part of your role, requiring strong communication and leadership skills to drive the team towards meeting project objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized international university. Extensive experience with complex infrastructure projects is essential, along with demonstrated ability to enhance site safety performance within Saudi Arabia.

Accredited formal training in international quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is required. Excellent communication skills and professionalism in coordinating between various site teams are critical for success in this position.
