Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience working on fast-paced, small-scale projects in Saudi Arabia. This role demands strong organizational abilities and hands-on expertise with various technical and administrative tasks related to construction site management.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth communication between teams, managing site documentation, and conducting site measurements and surveys. Additional duties include handling Requests for Information (RFI), site handover documentation, and preparing as-built drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the construction sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills, especially via email and other digital platforms.
• Familiarity with technical construction documentation such as RFIs, site handover documents, and site surveys.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must hold a freelance visa; unfortunately, we are not able to consider candidates requiring Kafala sponsorship transfer.

Compensation and Working Conditions

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from SAR 3000 to SAR 3500, paid between the 1st and 5th of every month. Candidates must be proactive, adaptable, and ready to handle urgent and time-sensitive projects.
