Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join a dynamic team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing, evaluating, and improving mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements and ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for assessing project needs, measuring the performance of various mechanical elements including devices and engines, and collaborating with clients and management to agree on budgets, timelines, and specifications. They will maintain, modify, and ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.

The position also includes using computer-aided design (CAD) software for modeling, liaising with suppliers, conducting relevant research, and producing detailed designs and test procedures. Presenting concepts and test results to managers and clients, performing rigorous product testing, analysis, and modifications are also integral to the role. Additionally, the engineer will prepare technical reports and provide expert advice based on data interpretation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical engineering within relevant industries
• Strong proficiency with CAD and other engineering design software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, including budgeting and scheduling
• Effective communication skills for presenting technical information
• Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Experience liaising with suppliers and managing vendor relationships
