Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Foremen for positions based in Ras Tanura and Juaymah, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open exclusively for Indian and Filipino nationals who have relevant experience in civil construction works. The role involves supervising and coordinating civil activities on-site, ensuring project milestones are achieved efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day civil operations, manage labor teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating material usage, inspecting work progress, and reporting to project managers to maintain timelines.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold a valid Iqama for transfer.
• Nationality limited to Indian and Filipino nationals.
• Proven experience in civil works and on-site construction supervision.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on-site.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a basic monthly salary of SAR 2,500 based on an 8-hour workday, supplemented by a food allowance of SAR 500. Overtime compensation will be provided according to company policies. The contract duration is fixed for 2 years.
